4 Reasons to Try (and Trust) The Vegan Mary

Seasoned.  I’ve been hauling my cookies around the U.S. (and the world) for the last five years on a completely plant (ok, and wine) based diet. I’ve lived the good, bad and really ugly of eating vegan at restaurants, cooking at home and even while camping!

Educated. I earned my Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell and not just so that I could tout that I’m Ivy League educated in this field. There’s so much info floating out there. I’m here to clear up misconceptions and help shine light on how delightful veganism can be.

Savvy. I spent the last 20 years as a marketing executive. I’ve seen all the gimmicks and know how to taste the truth.

Passionate. I wake up every day thinking about food. I spend an asinine amount of time thinking about meals for my family and friends. For me, sharing vegan food is a love language!
