Prosecco Float
Cocktail + Dessert = Heaven

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Prosecco 
- 1 T Baileys Almande 
- 3 mini scoops vanilla ice cream (I’m a big fan of So Delicious Very Vanilla) 
- OPTIONAL: Chocolate syrup 
DIRECTIONS:
- Locate cool martini glass. 
- Use small scooper (I used a melon baller) to place three mini scoops of ice cream in bottom of glass. 
- Pour Almande over ice cream. Then add prosecco. 
- Watch the bubbles transform into a creamy, dreamy sipping cocktail. 
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired. 
- Sip responsibly. 
TIP: Pairs well with friends and salty popcorn.
