The Vegan Mary has enjoyed exclusively vegan fare for years and now we want to share our knowledge with you. We’ve been down the road, we’ve weathered the challenges. Let our lessons ease your path. Navigating the fads, avoiding the faults, and maximizing your efforts is our specialty.   

Each of our consulting offerings is customized, intended to support your personal goals. Whether you are a self-proclaimed carnivore-for-life looking for more sustainable fare or a veteran vegan seeking fresh ideas (or anyone in between!), we can curate an experience for you.

Intimate Group Catering

Whether you are hosting dinner for 2 or 12, we can help you sort through the maze of vegan mains, apps, and desserts. Desire an entire vegan menu? No problem. Or simply need a few offerings to please plant-eaters? Done. For us, pleasing a crowd, finicky eaters, and carnivores is a pleasure.

Get Cooking

Our newest offering! This hour-long cooking class is fun for any level of culinary experience. So whether you are a plant-based novice or veteran, you choose the cuisine (or fav ingredient) and we will cook it together! Even better? Grab some friends to join you at your home. Wine optional. 😊

1:1 Coaching

The plant-based coaching equivalent of a personal trainer! There is no one-size-fits-all approach to adopting (or dabbling with) a vegan diet, so these sessions work to tailor your vegan journey specifically for you. We’ll help develop goal-specific plans, monitor your progress and keep you motivated and accountable. We are committed to your success and encourage any follow-ups.
